idk why not drugging your horse is even an argument. like yeah i get that some horses are not comfy in certain situations but you can train that out of them or just rethink what they are capable of doing instead of doping them up because you are so insecure with your technique and comfort zone that you NEED to do it. if you aren't comfortable riding something, don't ride it or hone your skills. its so much better for you as a rider and your horse as a performer. goddammmmn
Exactly, this pretty much hits the nail on the head right here. If people mildly sedate their horse or use calming drugs their first time off property for schooling or something, who cares but if you need to do it consistently in order to show your horse, it’s excessive.

I, too am very sad. Despite the fact that a lot of people choose not to have/ride Warmbloods due to personal preferences, we’re all just very upset wannabes because if this eqbitch likes them, we all must! All hail this person who thinks she’s the fucking bobo police.
With that sad, I’m actually happy I’m not spending 5k+ a show to go to multiple rated shows a year because I’m actually paying for an education and thank god it’s paying off because I actually have decent punctuation and grammar and am a nice person unlike the person in question.
