SR: They're not kissing in front of anyone, for anyone, but themselves, and I think, you know it's... it's very sad, really. JA: It is, it's desperately sad. NE: Also watching this in that scene there was a part of me was like oh I wish they could have been that, you know, like I wish that had been their relationship. JA: I think they do as well, right? SR: Yeah, yeah. JA: I love the disappointment as well. I love the disappointment in like. The only crime unfit to print took place on that dance floor. There's this horrific event that happens that night, and there's this one… pure… moment. This one... loving… pure thing in this room full of, like, dirty people. There's something really clean and simple about love, and that is the thing that is so loaded with shame and disgust, is the one thing that isn't hubris.
