Chickpea salad made with Jada Chicken Salt. This creamy vegan version has a chicken flavor without harming any chickens. I cooked two cups of dried chickpeas, (I removed the "skins"). Then drain and rinse when done. processed one cup of chickpeas, 1/2 cup vegan mayo, chicken salt to taste, I think I used couple tsps, and about tbsp of water in a mini food processor until it was creamy. In a big bowl I smashed some of the drained chickpeas then added to it the chickpea mayo creamy goodness with couple cups of grapes cut in half, a medium onion chopped, 3 med stalks celery chopped, and 1 cup sliced almonds. Do not use any salt at all except for the chicken salt or it will be to salty.
