Nearly days after graduating from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette with a bachelors in Business Management in 2012, Jade jumped right into the family business. “I started working in the restaurants learning McDonald’s procedures and policies.” ______________________________________________ Eventually, Jade decided to apply for the Next Generation program for children of McDonald’s owners. _____________________________________________ **Building Generational Wealth** Jade’s biggest inspiration is her parents.
