He didn’t mean to come in on their hangout time together. He knew that they were getting along and keeping company with one another, they’d both spoken about it to him, but although he’d known they were glad the other was around again, Jaejoong hadn’t realized it was quite so. . .wonderful.
Its a sappy thought but he can’t help it as he stands in Yunho’s apartment entrance, for once not feeling that sting of intense hurt when going unnoticed. Hae’s perked his head up at Jaejoong’s quiet entrance into the apartment, looking like he’s tuckered out, so maybe the dongsaeng took him for a walk already. When he puts his head back down and shuts his eyes, Jaejoong doesn’t take offense, not in the slightest, because he thinks he understands that dog’s expression.
It makes him start crying right there just inside the door, next to the shoes, overpowered by seeing the two often troubled friends happy and comfortable as they do something as mundane as make their dinner in the kitchen.
