I think they had like a fling of some sort and here’s why:

Jace was always rumored to be in a relationship or kissing someone on Henry danger.
Now you might have have seen this:

But I’ve also seen a lot of interviews of them literally flirting with each other.
so after all this I do think they probably don’t date but we’re in a flirtation-ship together and Jace probably had a crush on her.
