Mermay 22 - Zodiac
Today’s sign is Gemini, so I decided to go with it.
I’m not a big astrology nerd, so I just picked the first internet search result, which states “Gemini's archetypal traits are derived from its active, masculine, or yang qualities, making this sign oriented toward assertive engagement with the outer world.”
I already did the Betta fish first thing this year, but apparently Jaguar cichlids (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Parachromis_managuensis) are quite aggressive too, so I decided to go with them.
The background is brutally recycled from another personal project, so yes, I drew it, but months ago.
