It’s been a wild summer, full of adventure and change. Started off with a job interview that ultimately led to my new title: Lecturer of Biology at the University of North Georgia. After that it was off to my home state of Colorado to visit friends and enjoy the incredible scenery, then on to Chicago, a city that never seems to run out of new things to do, nor people with whom to explore. Finally, after languishing for months with a bad starter, fuel tank, and distributor cap, my glorious Haughtymobile, the #jaguarxjs, is finally back to proper working order...every day is an adventure with this thing. All in all, it’s been a grand time. I wish Tennessee a fond farewell after 13 years, but am beyond excited for what the future holds.
