college au where roy is busing and waiting tables at the restaurant just off campus where all the kids go to make ends meet and go to school and thea is the rich girl who just wants to make a name for herself but only got into the school because her father’s name is on the library. he overhears her complaining about the school over dinner with her friends and he’s like, “you should be so lucky you’re basically going to school on a free ride. not everyone got their way in because daddy bought for them” and she’s like “UM EXCUSE” and he makes a childish remark like “you’re excused. have a nice night, princess” but she’s like “i dont like you” and then he goes “you dont like me because i don’t kiss your ass”

and then she’s like “fuck, you’re right” and somehow they become friends that schedule their electives together and study together and cute things and stuff.
