Oh my name is Chansik but everyone calls me Channie.

"Nice to meet you then Chansik," because nicknames are used for people who are close together and robots cannot be close to another individual. At least he deems it so.

Oh that's good. -smiles- My day has been fine so far.

"I'm glad it has been fine," he nods like he meant every word, in which he did. "I'm sorry.... I don't think I've caught your name, sir."

-smiles and bows back- Nope we haven't or so I think we haven't. How are you today?

I thought so, but retained that pleasant smile on his face. Well actually he wasn't so sure. He might have met a few during those blank periods in his memory. "I'm fine, thank you for asking. How was your day?" a polite and generic reply. No need to go into depths of what he had thought of today as rain washed down his windows like quick silver.
