1. Song of the year? hunny i dont even have a song of the WEEK umm okay let me scroll thru my spotify history real fast,,, jk that made it WORSE so ok here’s a few for different reasons:
sun shy by dresses! i celebrated the new year by rocking out to this song while skyping by best friend (yes, at midnight!!!) this is how my year began.
the great divide by tim be told! first of all this song actually sums up the year via all the fucking racism, sexism, homophobia ALL OF IT but also!! i conducted this song at my last choir concert. this is how i ended my 12 years of public education.
i love you always forever by betty who! did someone say gay anthem? bc this is my fucking gay anthem. this year is a shithole of me discovery who the fuck i am.
escape my mind by grace vanderwaal! just kinda sums up a pretty bad experience that stuck with me for the majority of the year and i JUST came out of. so goodbye old 2017 mindset.

9. Best month for you this year? ohmygod i have no idea?? every month has had so many ups and downs there’s not one thing that really sticks out to me. maybe june bc i graduated?? it was the End Of An Era
