A slight description of what the first date with them would be like.
Josh:
Josh is the type of man to go all out on the first date. He would make you feel comfortable and somewhat fancy. Taking you out to eat and then afterwards for a walk in the park. There he would have a small set up made. Some light music playing to candles placed carefully around the site. Making it look like someone was here to make a sacrifice. He would talk about his goals and ask you what the same thing. You both would talk about things and admire the surrounding beauty. He loved it and he that was when he knew he fell in love. Josh never trying to sound too cocky when he mentions your first date with him. It was certainly the best thing you could ever reimagine.
Jake:
A man of many talents. Taking you out on a date, not so great. Jake did his best when he planned the date. He asked his brothers to help him out. A small date at a lake watching the sunset sounded pretty legit to him so he went with it. He would try to get you to be comfortable with the setting by cracking jokes and asking questions he'd never thought he would ask. He didn't let you carry anything except the huge picnic basket that wasn't as heavy. The small set up made you warm your heart. Throughout the small dinner of sandwiches and fruit. You and Jake had cuddled up next to each other on a blanket and whispered to each other. Before the date came to an end, Jake most definitely gave you a kiss.
Sam:
Sam would take you out on a hike and to a little lunch treat afterwards. Face it you weren't to fond of it but you didn't let it get to you. Sam was torn between going to a grass festival or a small two mile hike. Going with hike because he was afraid you wouldn't like the festival. You guys were both afraid in all honesty. Throughout the hike, you stayed close to him and held his hand. Sharing words here and there. Reaching the destination, Sam would pull you down to sit next to him. Wrapping you up in his arms as he held onto you, listening to the sounds all around. The hike back to the car was loud and full of laughs. You cracked jokes to settle the mood and Sam laughed along as he didn't get any of the jokes you said. He treated you with lunch at the small diner a couple few minutes out from the hike trail. Sam endlessly flirting with you and sending French fries flying your way if you didn't pay attention to him.
Danny:
Sunset nights and old 60s theme diners. You had a small niche for the past and Danny knew it would be the key to your heart. Truth be told he wasn't even shy about asking you. He knew for certain you'd agree. Taking you out to eat in the old sandwich shop while the Beatles played on the vinyl turntable. You both enjoyed each other's company and drank too many milkshakes to keep count. Afterwards the sun started to set and you were amazed by the vibrant coloring that painted the sky. Throughout the whole sunset, you took small Polaroids of the beautiful moment and had thrown him in the mix. Hands down the best night of your life
Everything was quiet. The air was calm and still. The sound of cars were nowhere in sight. The birds chirped happily on the dried out trees, singing a sweet melody for their mates. The day was beautiful but for Y/n it was being stranded in the middle of the desert. Her best friend, Ally thought it would be a great idea to do a roadtrip through some states to mark memorable moments before they both depart for college.
Y/n sighed as she lifted the hood of her jeep once more. The sweat dripped from her forehead racing down her cheek like a tear. Ally snored as the sun beamed down on her. Her hat covered her face while her legs were propped on the dash.
"Ally.'' You say as you stepped away from the steaming hood. Ally stirred lightly. "Ally. Get the hell up.'' you continue as you raise your voice out of annoyance. Ally groaned, scooting herself up into the leather seat.
"What?", she calls out shoving the hat down her lap.
"We are stuck in the middle of nowhere and you want to take a fatass nap?", You question out sternly, grabbing your backpack and slinging it over your shoulder. Ally leaned up, squinting to get a better look at what you are doing.
Halfway up the road Ally ran to catch up with you. Her boots heavily hit the pavement, "Do you see that?", she says as she hunched over hands on her knees, gasping for air.
Both of them looked up the road. The sun beating down the road made the figure blurry. It looked like it was the start of some indie film with corny music in the background. "You think we should move?", Ally asked
Y/n smirked, "If it hits us we get money."
Ally fluttered her eyelids like a butterfly, dramatically, "That's not how it works, Y/n."
You shrugged and stepped out of the way, off of the pavement. Ally following quickly behind. The figure was a huge transport bus, decked out in black with no logos. It came to a stop as the bus let out a satisfying release of exhaust.
"We are gonna die." Ally murmurs under her breath as the door to the bus opened up on the other side. You rolled your eyes and watched closely.
Voices were heard from the other side. They were rushed and full of concern.
"Why did we stop?" a voice boomed dramatically.
"Yeah, Sam why did you tell our driver to stop?" a voice inquired full of sass.
Ally looked at her best friend, swaying out of nervousness. Y/n crossed her arms over her chest and came face to face with four boys.
"Why are two girls in the middle of nowhere-", the curly haired shorter guy asks as he took in Ally's appearance, his eyes slowly meeting yours.
"Good question. Our jeep broke down.'' You answer while cutting off the curly haired guy.
Ally clung onto Y/n while trying to come up with a snarky remark. Y/n pursed her lips as the boys all stood looking at them both.
"Well this is awkward." the brown haired, much taller one who stood next to the curly haired guy said as he scratched his head.
"I'm Ally and this is my best friend, Y/n. We were just driving through until Y/n here ran over something-"
"I did not, you little shit. My jeep is very old and it just gave out, bless its heart." You argue as Ally tried to hold in her laughter.
All the boys smiled trying to hold in their laughter as well.
"You guys can ride with us. You seem like very chill people. I'm Josh.", the curly haired one says as he moved out of everyone's way. "That's Jake my twin-" he points over to the guy that wore tight black jeans, a half undone flannel, and light brown boots. "That's Sam, my other brother, and wears no shoes.", he continues.
Your eyes wandered to meet Sam's, he sent you a warm smile as Josh continued introducing the last guy that was with him. "Sums up, Danny." Josh finishes as he claps his hands.
"He seems like a happy camper." Ally announces a little too loudly. You bit back a laugh as Josh nodded his head with squinted eyes.
Danny and Sam went around the bus and everyone followed.
Two hours into the ride, the boys had talked about being them being a band to films. They were very gentle old souls and Y/n adored that. Ally stopped panicking and started chatting with the bassist Sam and were talking about the earth. You smiled at them both, Ally giving you a playful smirk.
Leaning into Josh and Jake's conversation. You looked passed Jake's shoulder and seen an acoustic guitar laying upwards, begging to be played. Getting up from your position from the small sofa, you slowly walked over to grab the guitar.
"Do you play?" Jake asked completely ignoring Josh's rant.
"I used to. My mom taught me before she passed.'' You say picking up the guitar, it felt light in your hands and you took a deep breath.
Jake gave you a sincere smile and patted the seat next to him. "Well show me what you got, Y/n.", he goes as he smirks at Josh.
Placing the guitar in your lap as you sat next to Jake. You hummed a warm mellow tune, finding the harmony to get your senses alarmed. You strummed the guitar, your fingers moved slowly as everyone stopped having their conversation. Josh watched you gracefully with a look of awe in his face.
"Edge of Seventeen." Danny says as he nods his head.
"She can sing too but that's a hobby for her." Ally adds as you sped up the shortened version of the Stevie Nicks song.
You stopped playing once it reached the climax of the song. Handing the guitar to Jake. "Sorry it was very tempting'' You say as you set aside the guitar.
Josh nodded and placed his fingers against his chin. "You sing as a hobby?" He says as he looks at his chin and smirks. Jake groaned.
"Josh, the more we tour on the road. The more those thoughts of yours become reality." Jake complains as he rolled his eyes.
Y/n and Ally both looked at each other. Ally clearing her throat. "We aren't groupies." She goes as she lets out a laugh.
You rolled your eyes. "What's going on?"
"Would you want to join us for the rest of our tour?" Josh blurts out as he locks eyes with yours.
You bit your lip. "Well-We-"
"Sure!", Ally squeals as she cut off Y/n. You let your mouth hang agape.
"No. We can't-", You start to say but huffed out some air. "Deal."
The boys all smiled and came together. They all whispered secretly. Jake casually looking back at the two girls.
Josh clapped his hands. "Alrighty. It's been set. Welcome to the peaceful army. We are honored to have you tour with us." He says as he winked at Y/n
Ally leaned over to whisper in your ear. "Oh we are in loads of trouble and I'm not talking about bad trouble either."
