This lot is Jamaican-inspired. I had a lot of fun but also a lot of sleepless nights trying to renovate and decorate this lot. It was initially a empty lot built by Plucky2b on the gallery and I added my style and décor.

Details:

It is a multi-functional lot. My only advice or way to make it work is to change the lot type prior to visiting the lot (for gameplay purposes)

This lot includes:

3 Restaurants (Island Grill, King Jerk & Pizza Hut) (1 functional host station (but you can dine in any of the three , outside dining also available) and 2 chef stations) 3 bathrooms (2 functional - the one in the beauty supplies and the one in island grill) 1 Beauty Supplies Retail Store 1 Pharmacy 1 Adam & Eve Day Spa 1 Starbucks Outlet (Decor Only ~ you can take pics there lol)

(A few items were removed to make lot functional so display pictures differ slightly from in-game....sadly my customized table mats for King jerk restaurant causes a game error so those were removed..I figure the cc was probably outdated)

So, Hi Im Tanya (better known as Pink Simz)  and Im a proud Jamaican..yasss and Ive always played the sims (3 and 4)  but its been a little over a year since I discovered custom content and have been obsessed ever since! Im currently in the revamping stages of my Jamaican Lets play (to make it more realistic and represent Jamaica more, Check out some episodes here ) and I noticed I don't see a lot of Jamaican CC, so I will be creating some content and I decided to share them incase anyone would like it as well. Jamaican Event Poster/Flyer Pack

As a little girl, I grew up seeing posters like these everywhere in Jamaica, in both rural and urban areas.  Its no secret, Jamaicans love a good party and I thought in a time of social distancing, we can still have some fun, well our sims can anyway lol. Put these up all over town and host a little party for your sims ! The Sims 4 could use some more Jamaican flavor and am happy to contribute!
