Roshni:
Roshni is a lost soul who's found herself in an unfamiliar place. Though she has no recollection of who she was before waking up in the capital city of [insert fantasy country here], this doesn't frighten her. She is too curious for her own good, always sticking her nose into things that catch her eye. But she means well.
Bit of world lore: Those who start to lose themselves/ their memories display physical attributes found in a species of bird colloquially known as "lost ones." If they forget themselves completely, they turn fully into a lost one.
Gender: female, but not super attached to it

Personality: too curious for her own good, sees the world as if everything is new, well-intentioned, straightforward with her words, tact? what's that?, always has a dreamy look in her eyes, wants others to be happy
Asher:
For as long as he can remember, Asher has been an orphan. Due to the epidemic of lost souls throughout the country, he was taken into the "no orphan left behind" program and given an apprenticeship within the capital's historical library. There he was given a purpose and made it his personal mission to speak with the god known as the Memory Man that no one has seen in centuries.

Jamboree/Jabari:
Jamboree is the seventh son of the royal family of [insert fantasy country name here]. After watching the curse inflicting his country take down all his family members but his mother, he has made it his mission to track down the gods and demand their help. Disguised as a mercenary by the name of Jabari, he travels the country following clues of their location by word of mouth.

In the case of the royal family, this does not apply. The curse has taken them down the line from oldest to youngest while the mother remains untouched since she married into the family.

Personality: charismatic, suave, massive flirt, extroverted, deceptive, cunning, never wanted the crown, avoided responsibility until the last moment, feels a lot of guilt for his lack of care for the people of his country, laughs to avoid the pain
Shifted Critters Character Dump - Secondary Characters #1
By the title says, yes there will be secondary characters aka my friend and I's ocs we made for this AU. These characters will be the classmates and friends (for some) of the main shifties and nighties in high school.

The Mean Girls
The mean girl critters and a foil (besides the Nightmares) to the shifties.
Tempest Tigress — The leader of the mean girls and quite the diva.
Goldie — Tempest's right hand woman and the meanest and snappiest.
Delilah Ditz — The dumb yet nice one of the group.
The Circus Brothers
Jubilee — a ferret critter who is apart of the family circus and best friends with Woolly.
Jamboree — Jubilee's younger brother and apart of the family circus
Christmas Twins
Jingle and Belle are a pair of reindeer critter twins who loves celebrating Christmas (even tho it's not December).
For those who are confused on who's who, Jingle's the one in green and Belle's the one in red.
Other characters
Damien — A badger critter who's very emo and best friends with Kandi.
Kandi — A very enthusiastic ringtail scene girl who's into gaming and quite the daredevil. She is best friends with Damien.
Sage Spirtualem — A nature loving binturong critter who cares a lot about the environment but she comes off as very grumpy and aloof towards others especially those that doesn't care about the environment.
Arctica — A seal who is a foreign exchange student from the North Pole.
Cheese Camchilla — A chinchilla who's into photography and Rumor's best friend.
Petunia — A very sweet moth critter who loves gardening and Sage’s only friend.
Confetti Cattle — A cow critter who loves celebrating birthdays.
CherishKoala — A huge fangirl who is very obsessed with the main characters.
Haruki — A red panda who's a huge weeb.
DJ Blue — A grumpy bluejay critter who's into DJ-ing.
PolarLoner — An anti-social arctic wolf who prefers to be alone.
Sauté Swanerina — A swan critter who's into ballet. Currently dating Drama Llama.
Drama Llama — A llama critter who loves performing in plays and can be dramatic at times. Currently dating Sauté Swanerina.
Chattermunk — A chipmunk critter that loves to talk a lot.
