Peanut Butter Jam Drops are a delectable combination of peanut butter and raspberry jam in the form of a chewy cookie. Ideal for peanut butter and jelly fans!
Ingredients: 1 cup peanut butter. 1 cup sugar. 1 egg. 1/2 cup raspberry jam. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract. 1/2 teaspoon baking powder. 2 cups all-purpose flour. A pinch of salt.
Instructions: Warm the oven up to 350F 175C and put parchment paper on a baking sheet. Put the peanut butter, sugar, and egg in a bowl and mix them together. Mix until it's nice and smooth. Now add the vanilla extract and mix it in again. Add the flour, baking powder, and salt to the mixture little by little. Mix until you get a dough. Make little balls out of the dough and put them on the baking sheet that has been prepared. Use your thumb or the back of a spoon to make a hole in the middle of each dough ball. Put a small amount of raspberry jam into each hole. After the oven is hot, bake the cookies for 10 to 12 minutes, or until they are just beginning to turn golden. After taking the cookies out of the oven, let them cool for a few minutes on the baking sheet before moving them to a wire rack to cool all the way down.
