Rose was really clever, but she also liked to pull pranks. For her 17th birthday she got a book called '101 Perfect Pranks and Jinxes' from Albus and James.

James and Albus never really got along. However, Albus was the only one who knew about James's fascination with Muggle music and he was also the only one who knew where James went when he ran away from home at sixteen to become a Muggle singer in LA.

James and Al couldn't stand each other. That is, until they realized the reason they hated each other so much was because they were jealous of each other. Al longed to be the perfect, popular, Gryffindor golden boy like James, and James was envious that because Al was so different, he could be his own person, not just another Harry Potter clone.
