Teddy retired from working as an actor when he gained custody of a long lost cousin on his mum's side. He refused to let the little girl grow up without a parental figure. He hated when she fell in love with Albus and gave his god brother a long talk.

Albus wished he was able to change his appearance at will like Teddy. Since he wasn't able to, he took after his uncle Bill. Albus had long black hair and a few piercings, much to his grandmother Molly's dismay. His look helped him gain the reputation as the bad boy of the Quidditch world.
