Sammy Smee and Jane - Headcanons
So I never even though about pairing these two together but ?? I'm so happy that someone did ??

Sammy genuinely just ?? Adores Jane ??
But he's never really had a crush before so he just assumed that the reason that his cheeks begin to burn and his hands start to sweat around Jane is because he wants to befriend her. ((Probably because he remembers feeling a similar way when he first met Harriet.))
Sammy dragging Jane along to meet his friends/allies from Harriet's gang. ((He was accustomed to their rough and tough exterior- Jane was not.))
Rumours spreading about how it couldn't just be a coincidence that the child of a pirate from Captain Hook's crew was getting cosy with a sweet girl named Jane.
Harriet is conflicted between being happy for the boy that she's grown to become attached to for finding someone that he likes so much, but also willing herself to not slap the boy upside the head for looking like a lovesick puppy.
Jane being high low key terrified of Harriet and not understanding how Sammy is able to do things like hug her or call her silly nicknames without getting punched in his cute face.

Sidenote, but can you just imagine sweet little Jane befriending a bunch of VK gang members and getting the upgrade that is way better that just a new hairstyle ??
I'm talking leather jackets, black boots with spikes on the front, and like some tattoo on her forehead.
((But, of course, it's still Jane so the tattoo is obviously temporary and comes off after one shower, and if the inside of the jacket, along with the bottom of her shoe, is just covered in cat stickers))
