It's Psycho Teddy, main protagonist of the Jamstars project! 🩷-🩷 🐻🔪🩸🪡

10 year old kid with undiagnosed ASPD, constantly living surrounded by uncaring adults or possibly traumatic experiences. Takes out his pent up anger and frustration with violence, either towards others or himself. Are the current disappearances around the city his fault? Who knows.

Aside from that, he's a pretty creative and charming kid with an affinity to chaos.
