Time for Jamuary 2020!
Here’s my kickoff video, it’s a little under 3 minutes long, and involves all my new pieces of gear I’ve obtained since last Jamuary: the Mono Station, the new Launchkey Mini Mk3, and the PO-12.

This is a Sanyo spy recorder from the 60´s (given by my girl). Its recording (more or less), playing and it has a tiny speaker inside, so you can take it with you and fake a Boombox. The beat is created with samples from an old Hillwood drum computer from the 70´s. I sliced the beat an recreate this pattern with randomised rev and filter. Than I put that on the tape and let the magic happen. Hope u enjoy this trip. . . . Time for tonight’s Jamuary 2020 jam! This time I’m just messing around with a drum machine, a Pocket Operator, and a small little lofi reverb pedal.

Hope y’all are ready for something WEIRD, because it’s time for this year’s obligatory Hainbach-inspired drum-drone jam.
This year I had a bunch more pedals and FX open to me, so I could add a chorus and the Space Echo to make my tiny little Volca Beats sound absolutely MASSIVE as a drone.
Also I did the math, and the Volca Beats is running at 600 BPM, cycling a single step on a sequencer running at 1/16th resolution, meaning it’s cycling at 40 drum triggers per second, or 40Hz. Which, to me, is insane.
...anyways. Enjoy! :D
More fun with the Wally! I'm basically using the Canyon as a Micro Pog here, and yeah, before anyone asks, I absolutely didn't catch that I was distorting the digital pedals until way after everything was recorded and broken down. A mistake to learn from for the future, I suppose.

For tonight’s jam, I some existing chords I used in an earlier jam, distorted the hell out of them, added a phaser, and threw in my favorite thing I’ve ever patched on the Monologue: Ringmod Bass

Yo dawg, I heard you like 7s, so I used my Monologue to play minor 7ths in a 7-step sequence with its LFO set to 700 and a phaser with its rate also set to 7 that played for 49 bars (which is 7 multiplied by 7) on the 7th day of Jamuary.
...I blame @charlezarrd for this. It was all his idea.
