Eat Fruit - Done! 3. 2 Cheat meals/snacks a week - I consumed both of these today so I better be good tomorrow. 4. Stretch for 10 min when I wake up - Not done. Didn’t sleep well and then forgot about it. 5. Be active for 30 minutes - Done! The significant other and I went for a 30 minute walk. Walked 2.4km (1.5 miles). I feel it would have been more but it was cold and we walked through snow.
