Jan probably would get kicked out! |D That is why he lives with his girlfriend, who owns this luxurious appartment in one of the best quarter of Ninjago city (she is a well known singer after all).

I can see it in my head so clearly-

One day he literally gets kicked out of his apartment and he's just sitting on the curbstone with all his stuff strown around. And the dumbass just calls Taby like "Uh, Babe, I'm in a predicament here-"
