So I have a headcanon that since most Sunfire elves live in hot places:

They don't do well in cold.

Imagine Janaya and the kids on a vacation in the Banther lodge in winter

Janai: *hiding under four blankets*

Janai: I have seen many battle fronts. But never a place so unforgiving. This place is an abomination . No human or elf deserves to suffer here

Amaya :[ signing] Is my brave knight scared of little snow?

Janai : ITS WATER! THAT IS FROZEN! THE TEMPERATURE IS SO COLD THAT WATER FROZE !ON IT'S OWN! *hisses*

Viren : elves are lying, manipulative , blood thirsty monsters who want to destroy All Of Humanity.

Proceeds to completely trust an elf who is trapped in a mirror guarded by the FREAKING QUEEN OF DRAGONS

Ignoring warning from another elf who actually Knows about said elf

Viren: Why does all information about you keep disappearing before I can read it?!

Aaravos :*shrugs*

Viren: seems legit.

Also

Viren : No, I am not following him blindly I Can See out of atleast one of my eyes.

Viren: Of course he is not manipulating me. He just wispers in my ear and I do what he says

Janaya cuddles: part 2

Amaya:*drags janai to bed*

Amaya: *pushes her on the bed*

Amaya:* flops down on her like a cat*

Janai: light of my life are you alright?

Amaya: [groans]

Amaya: [signs]bad cramps

Janai: * slightly raises body temp*

Janai:is this better?

Based on the first gif set I think that Amaya would always have a smug look on her face whenever she's introducing Janai

Like yeah. This hot elf is definitely mine. You guys jealous. Well she's my girlfriend so you can't have her.

On the other her Janai would try to act all disgruntled and annoyed by her coy looks and teasing nudges .And she'd start like -

Yes yes this dorky human in with me. She is my girlfriend.

But the moment she says the word girlfriend her cheeks completely flush and she can't stop the dopey smile from coming on her face.

And then they both look at each other with that look in this eyes. It's not spoken but everyone can see it

And I am in love with her

Janaya Cuddles: part 1

Amaya is almost always ready to cuddle with Janai. She is definitely the cuddler in the relationship. ( Have you seen her with Gren? Ezran? Callum? Sarai?)

Janai is a bit hesitate at first. She grew up in Luz Area which is essentially a military fort. People there just weren't the cuddliest

Plus she was royalty there were always rules and regulations about how people acted around her

Amaya doesn't give a shit about rules

Sunfire elves generally have slightly higher body temperatures than humans

What most people don't know is that Sunfire elves can raise their body temperature voluntarily without going into full lava mode

There is nothing Amaya likes more than cuddling with her hot water bottle of a girlfriend after a good day of training

Just letting her aching muscles relax and melt under Janai's body

Sometimes Janai wakes up form nightmares about Khessa's death with tears

Amaya slowly coaxes her back the sleep
