The Falcon and the Winter Soldier
I don’t know who designed Jane Walker’s silhouette ...but the world needs more women in top hats, riding boots, spats, walking cane and a well tailored two tailed coat.
This woman exudes confidence and decorum. That ends my Ted talk. Thank you.
Love this, a great track from a New Zealand Punk group in 1980. I don't think that this got airplay Stateside because I feel like I would've heard it before. Their sound is very distinctive, with a touch of Country Western under all the New Wave guitars. Frankie is, I believe, played by the bassist Paul Kean, and The Bride is essayed by the keyboardist Jane Walker. I love how they're just blithely walking down the street in public by the conclusion, the glances of the stunned onlookers seeming genuine.
