Petyr and Sansa. There’s just like...a lot going on there, there’s a lot to unpack and look at and its just thick in the air around them in every scene, written and on screen. Yall know im obsessed.

Share five must-read fics.

At the Gates of the Moon which is like an OG pxs fic from 2012 (so the show was only just in its second season, and this fic is set from the last point of the books in the Vale) and the characterisation and dialogue is so good I have mis-remembered lines from it as real book quotes. 

Im gonna cheat and ad a little bundle of fics that are collected in a little series called ‘everybody wants to rule the world’ by Milksteak and each fic is a pxs modern au snippet and its just GRAND  

‘numb’ by Drbwho ( @myrandar​ ) A ‘salvaging the current show plot’ Kind of fic that really works and is believable and makes my heart hurt, and myrandar has an ao3 gallery full of other wonderfully dark and angsty fics, read them all.

Marquise ( @apprenticemockingbird) and her oneshots on here and AO3 she’s been in pxs hell since 2011, one of the OG writers , theres about 95 of them and I can’t even choose one over the rest, they’re all on point. She fed us when no one else would. 

‘What the hell is wrong with kylo ren?’ by tuli_azzameen chucking in a reylo one for fun, because this is described as a tongue in cheek take on all reylo fics favourite tropes and cliches, and its funny but at the same, holy shit, actually really well written and really good and actually realistic. I think i read all of it in a night up until 3am.

Is there a fictional relationship you’d really want for yourself?

Molly and Arthur Weasley. I want to be a stay at home mum to my 7 wonderful ginger children in a big cottage house with my lovely husband who is kind and hard working in the job he loves and does his best for us like. Honestly goals.

If you could change one thing about your OTP, what would that be?

Petyr and Sansa, that the show did them right and season 5 never happened the way it did, the vale plot came through and it was a faithful adaptation of their true book selves.

who texts/rings to check how their day is going: Petyr likes to ring Sansa but Sansa likes to text through out the day to make sure he’s okay

who is the big spoon/little spoon: Petyr is usually the big spoon, unless he’s sick then Sansa insists he’s the little spoon

who starts the most arguments: They never have massive arguments but Sansa often starts petty ones when she’s upset about something

who suggests that they buy a pet: Sansa for sure

what couple traditions they have: Petyr will always kiss her forehead as a goodbye in the mornings

what tv shows they watch together: Sansa makes him watch things like Gilmore Girls and Pretty Little Liars, he secretly likes it

what other couple they hang out with: Usually whoever Sansa’s siblings are dating

how they spend time together as a couple: They cuddle a lot! Not that Petyr will let her tell anyone that!

who made the first move: Petyr, after he made sure she was okay with it!

who is the best cook: Sansa is a good cook but Petyr definitely likes to surprise her with her favourite every now and then and it’s always amazing!

A = Aftercare (What they’re like after sex)

Like many things about Petyr, this depends on his partner. I have to think with Lysa he had zero sense of aftercare, because he really was simply using her. With Sansa he is desperate to keep her by his side, to make her love him, as so he indulges her at every turn. 

C = Cum (Anything to do with cum basically… I’m a disgusting person)

He loves to mark his partners with it – leave it on their skin, on their mouths. It’s a way to claim them. With Sansa, he loves to bury himself between her legs and taste her; he can do it all night.

He lives for risks. He loves to make his partners blush and play at getting caught. He loves to mark the women he’s with in obvious ways and force others to recognize what he has. Anything that will make other men jealous of him, he’s all for. 

S = Stamina (How many rounds can they go for, how long do they last…)

Not as long as he did when he was a young man and again, it depends on the partner – not so long with Lysa, due to his desire, or Barbrey due to the drink and hatred, but with Sansa he wants to feel worthy of her, so he makes it last.

Y = Yearning (How high is their sex drive?)

He’s very good at controlling it, actually. He mostly uses sex as a weapon or as a means to get ahead; his own desires are left to his fantasies.  He is even able to resist his attraction to Sansa for the most part, thoughI have to think he will eventually slip.
