Musical headcanons for the Hendrix's!

Terry / Sabo Brok : Oh, he'd listen to like the cheesiest 90s music from when he was growing up. Definitely. On days when he's trying to get the kids to clean the house he puts it on speaker lol As for intruments, hmmmmmmmm. I couldn't see him playing anything. Although he probably played guitar at some point. Maybe even formed a band with Glorlox or other friends not established in the series
Tess / Janeera : Hmmmm I don't really know. I was gonna check the scene where she asks KRS to put on music to see which genre is put on but i couldn't find it and it was for a get together anyway so it might not have fully reflected her tastes. Maybe she likes metal. Songs you can really get angry to. That or it's the opposite end of the spectrum, with calming songs e.g. lofi or jazz. Maybe both. Maybe none. Could easily see Tess just not being a music person. We don't know much about space instruments, except for those keytar-looking things held by the Vunaari surrounding B'caala in his introduction. Given Tess's upbringing, though, I think it's safe to assume she was taught some kind of instrument that holds meaning in Dolerami culture.
Lisa : as much as I wish I could project on this girl as I always do. i mustn't. For in season one episode one, we hear a bit of her music from her earphones! It's pretty pop-ish, maybe a hint of edm? I think Lisa would listen to EL3VATORS. You now, the guy that made the songs for the show. I think it would be a really neat tie to the show in that way, you know? On instruments, I'd like to headcanon that both Lisa and Sean have taken piano lessons. Lisa really wants to learn the bass, though. Or any space instrument she can get her hands on. Mayhaps... the space bass
Sean : Speaking from experience as the youngest, at this age more than half my music taste was stuff I got from my siblings (occasionally parents) that sounded cool. So, Sean's taste would be half of what I basically just said above (and blobby but we'll get to him ok?). The other half? Fandom songs. The Living Tombstone type stuff. Actually, Lisa might too, if the song is good enough. Lisa as well as Sean is not immune from my "You are now a fandom kid bc I said so" headcanon beam. I already said before that Sean took piano lessons in my headcanon. I think he wanted to learn the drums at one point, so he received one of those electrical drum kits for Christmas or a birthday one year. It was used a total of three times.
Blobby : i once again can't headcanon my fav character the same music taste as me but this time it's because blobby is too much of a LOSER to listen to peak 🥀 jk GO MY ELECTROSWING BEFORE THEY CATCH US RUN!!! ....oK JOKES ASIDE, Blobby would like electronic stuff, probably. Mayhaps even chiptune. Video game OST too, i'd guess. Maybe fandom songs but he wouldn't admit it we still don't know about any space instruments in the words i've typed since Tess's headcanons so i wouldn't know anything here. could easily imagine him throwing together a synth on like...garageband or something. lol
