On the eve of the American election. I know a lot of people in this world are worrying and wishing there was something that we could do in this time of fear and uncertainty. What you can do that will have an affect is to send loving energy to those you wish to support. You might call it praying, meditation or healing. What you do is visualize the person or people with your mind, then open your heart and feel this love flowing out of you to them. This action not only helps them it helps you. It turns your angst into a positive action. We are all one, we are all energy and we can affect outcomes with energy.
