Sherlock closed the bathroom door behind him upon telling his blogger not to enter his bedroom. As John didn't need to know about Janie. He had the decency to be civil at times. Sherlock stepped out of his clothes they smelled like heroine and coke. The smell brought back old memories -- triggered his mind. He tossed those aside before stepping into the hot shower. He closed his eyes only opening them again to hear Janie's voice. John knew about her then. It was obvious.
