Been reading a lot this month. I’m hoping it’ll improve my writing and enjoying the feeling of being transported to other worlds and lives.
My sleep pattern has been a train wreck these last few weeks, mayhaps reading into the wee hours isn’t the best habit?
Just started Widdershins by Charles De Lint as recommended to me by @pearlsandpetticoats . Less than a hundred pages in and I’m deeply intrigued by his world of magic, a sort of urban fantasy that combines European fairies as well as Native American little people / fairy equivalent.
I hope to do some writing later this evening, either work on a fanfic WIP or fully draft a loose outline for an original short story, a little ghost story has been rattling around the back of my skull and it’s starting to become uncomfortable like a pebble in a shoe.
