A NY-based developer received zoning approval for a large, phased mixed-use project for the large vacant lot at 1300 Fairmount Ave, behind the Divine Lorraine. The completed project, designed by Cope Linder, could include a 19-story residential building, supermarket, and townhouses. Civic Design Review has questions for One Water Street - the 250 apt complex planned for site by Ben Franklin Bridge - and wants the designers to come back for another round of review.  Jared Brey reports the committee's concerns included  quality of materials for buildings and public spaces, clarity of connections between the stie's public spaces and other waterfront public space, at least a mid-level of LEED certification
