The Wolves as Gods

Sam:
This one should not be a surprise, but Sam would be Zeus. I picked Zeuz to represent Sam because Zeuz is a born leader. This is ironic, because Sam is not, Jacob is. But, his willingness to step up to that role makes him worthy of the title. Zeuz is the god of the sky and is known as the protector of humans. And what are the shapeshifter, if not guardians of human life? They were made to directly oppose the tyranny and brutalism of the vampires. Like my headcanon for Emily, I think Sam would make an amazing Father. He already has plenty of practice with how he treats the pack. He loves deeply and is willing to learn from his mistakes and open up his mind to new ideas. He is not a dictator, instead, he leads fairly.
Paul:
Now my boy Paul, Paul would be Momus. Momus is the personification of sarcasm and mockery. I believe Paul would be the obsolete last choice to have a leadership role. Despite being Sam's right hand, he doesn't do a very good job at it. His judgement and moral standing are corrupted, he thinks with his heart, not his head. Paul seems like the type to use sarcasm as a coping strategy because he's too scared to actually tell people how he feels. He exhibits toxic masculinity, just like Momus did.
Seth:
My baby Seth would be Pan. Pan is the god of winds, shepherds, flocks and nymphs. He resides over the animals of the earth. Seth, being part animal himself, fits this role well. Seth is often times the glue holding the pack together. Like Emily, he's very good at conflict resolution. He keeps the wolves from raging and breaking the treaty, and unlike most of the pack, he respects the vampires. He knows the Cullens are good people, and judges them for their morals, not what they are. Despite not having a direct leadership role, Seth holds his "flock" together. He also has great respect for nature and loves to be outdoors.
Jacob:
Mr I imprinted on a baby would be Eros. Eros is the god of passion and fertility. Jacob struggles with passion throughout the entire story. He feels his emotions without hesitation or restraint. Evrything he does, he does with 100% effort and concentration. Eros was also known for his childlike looks compared to the rest of the gods. Jacob is frustrated by the fact that he is younger than Bella, and she doesn't see him how he wants her to. The pack also went to Sam, because Jacob wasn't yet old enough to handle that responsibility. Even though it is his birthright to lead the pack.
Jared:
Jared is just kinda here, and he would be Plutus. Plutus is the god of abundance and wealth. Jared isn't necessarily rich in the money way, but one thing he has in common with the rich is greed. Plutus was also known for being blind to the scales of good and evil. Jared definitely teeters on the edge. His hatred for vampires clouds his judgment. If Sam weren't in charge, I think he would antagonise them more. Both he and Paul don't seem to care much about the treaty. They blame the vampires for what happened to their ancestors.
Embry:
Embry, my sweet summer child, would be Hymenaios god of marriage ceremonies and inspiring feasts. Despite the blaring bachelor vibe, Embry gives off, he is someone who could throw a killer party. He celebrates his friends even for the smallest accomplishments. He has a fun and bubbly personality that's contagious. He's like the male version of Alice, just with a boyish charm. He doesn't take himself too seriously. Like Hymenaios, Embry knows how to have a good time. And not to forget his raging appetite.
Quil:
I believe Quil could be Hypnos. Hypnos is the god of sleep. Now, this may seem like an odd trait to give a werewolf, but I think Quil encapsulates his energy perfectly. Quil is in many ways kind of lazy/ He takes shortcuts in most of the things he does in life. But he also has a sluggish sort of personality. Of course, he jokes around and stuff like the other boys, but he has a calm and quiet sort of aura. The night is mysterious and full of stange things, but its also tranquil and effervescent. Quil seems like the type to stay up all night to watch over his loved ones and sleep during the day. He has a night owl sort of personality.
Leah:
Leah would be Athena. Athena was known for he wisdom, handicraft and warfare. But unlike most of the other goddesses, her beauty isn't dwelled on or donated about. Leah is seen as and treated like "one of the boys" She's an amazing fighter and shows incredible bravery. While she is very obviously beautiful, she doesn't feel as though she is. Athena preferred to be known for her actions, not her appearance. And I think Leah is much the same way. She's bitter about losing Sam, but I think she's stronger for it. Of course, she deserves an imprint, but she doesn't feel she needs one. She's not waiting around for someone to come get her, if she wants it, she will get it.
Emily:
Emily, the love of my life, would be Nike. Nike is the personification of victory. She represents art, music, war and athletics. I've always had a little headcanon that Emily can sing. We don't get to see much of the wolves, but more specifically her in the films. Because Stephanie Myers forgot that the Native Americans are actually people and they deserve to have personalities too. But in my head, she and Sam have three kids, Two boys, twins and one girl. And I think she sings them to sleep each night. Now when it comes to what we do see on screen, Emily represents victory in terms of love. She's the one who wins Sam, not Leah. Emily has a level head, which directly opposes her imprint. I think she would be an amazing strategist like Nike.
