I was wondering what was the website you use to breakdown your diet? It seems like a great idea :) Forever following -Vivy

I use cronometer.com 

You can log in with facebook (it doesn't automatically public your intake or anything). It tracks up to a week for free, and you can enter your weight & height. It'll automatically do your DV for you, but you can adjust it to certain ratios, as well as have it calculate your needs for losing or gaining weight.

It's a great tool to make sure you're eating your nutrients, if not every day then at least every other day. And it makes it soooo much easier to identify what foods you should be eating more or less of, depending on your goals.

You never told me haha They kinda just fit together. I want a kitten and a snake and I want to get tattoos and I can work there too and at a bakery so we can get leftover sweets. Omg! We can have hot guys over and stuff. Nothing to fancy but just enough to make us happy :)
