I made a batch of soup in the crockpot and poured the rest into a kilner jar for lunch tomorrow.

I now have, in my fridge, a jar of organic potato & cauliflower soup with Manchego & Ossau-Iraty cheese - surely that’s some sort of hipster achievement.

Prepped 5 days worth of veggie/fruit smoothies for my first week at my new contract 😍 I still struggle being full on meal prep machine, and find I don't love eating the same same day after day, but I DO love this juice/smoothie and it's a guaranteed way I get 4 diff veggies (beetroot, baby spinach, celery, cucumber) and 2 fruits (mango/pear or pineapple/manderine) and a tablespoon of hemp seeds for allll the freaking good things they hold 🙌🏻 #perform360 #beyondthe8weekchallenge #eattherainbow #rawfood #vegetables #jarfood
