We have butter … 😅

With 600 ml of double cream we made two batches of butter, one salted and the other unsalted. I can’t believe how easy it is to make using the Kilner churn … I’d highly recommend it. Our boys had an absolute blast churning away, a great weekend activity and something we’ll definitely be doing again. We’re also going to keep the buttermilk for baking tomorrow … maybe pancakes for breakfast. 🥞

Anyway, off to pop the butter in the fridge to chill … hope you’re all having a great weekend so far … 👋
