I’m feeling a little sad for Mona. All she ever wanted was to be included in Hanna’s circle of friends. Too bad, Hanna was the only person who could accept her, regardless of her flaws. Why? Why is that? Because of all the shit she’s done to the girls? Because she suffered through a mental illness and couldn’t help herself? All those times, she helped them when she could, but did she get anything out of it? Nothing, but being yoyoed (no pun intended). Spencer was pretending to be A and almost costed Aria a relationship. Aria was working for AD and blatantly chose Ezra over them, yet, they learned to see the good and forgive her in just a matter of seconds? Mona helped them countless of times, and got nothing, but doubtful stares thrown at her. They just didn’t understand her mental ilness, and never wanted to give her a chance. She deserved to be included, she’d done everything for them. Yes, I’m aware that some of them might be for her own benefit, but the game was all she was good at. They should get that and accept that from her just like they accepted Aria and Spencer’s flaws and mistakes. You have no idea how mad I am when they always find a way to exclude her from everything, how they are so blinded by anything she has done and risked for them. I just wish they would include her instead of ice her out. Just one time. Anyway, I'm delighted that Mona got the happy ending she deserved. And a life she's always dreamed of. Maybe not with Hanna, or the girls, but she's happier being herself. Sorry for the rant, I just needed to get this out after I binge watched the whole season 7 of PLL.
