Oh god, I'm rewatching the funeral and the music starts playing when James walks down the aisle towards Harry’s coffin. It should have been James walking down the aisle to Harry for their wedding, not Harry’s funeral!! Can’t believe this shit. They deserved to be happy together forever 💔😭

I can't believe it's been a year since storm week! I can't remember ever being as excited about a ship as I was about jarry during those days (and I don't think I ever will be again 😞)

SAME!!!! I started watching their storyline end of September so the first ep I watched live was Oct 18th when Harry was jealous of the date James had, and then Oct 19th “this James, I don’t think I can live without him” that whole ep was a masterpiece. And then storm week was really f*cking good. I was so excited, Jarry were just perfect together and the fandom was buzzing with excitement. I was a 1000% invested in them as a couple and individual characters and really thought they were gonna be endgame/marriage/years of being together. Because no matter what happened during storm week I knew they would be together again.  

I never thought it would come to this. HO and BK f’cked them over so BAD, the most horrific OOC and retcon writing and just destroying all their character growth to kill Harry off and give Tony, Breda and Mercedes new big storylines. Bc lets be honest James has barely been seen since Harry’s exit and now he’s just gonna be a pawn in the who shot Mercedes bullshit until January, and he’s being forced in with a new love interest straight away. Everything has been a HUGE disappointment and I don’t think my pain and bitterness and anger over Jarry’s destruction and Harry’s death will ever go away.

This is the sh*t you give your other employees after getting rid of someone you didn't want on your team anymore for whatever reasons (we felt that it's time for us to part ways and look into new possibilities)...

Reading the 3 Digital Spy, Radio Times and Metro interviews with both Parry and BK really makes me come to the conclusion that Parry was very shocked they were killing him off and he had no say in it whatsoever. Parry maybe wanting to move on at some point is only a pandering excuse. 

And I’m very angry and upset because 1) Parry said he could stay there for a long time. 2) He has said several times how much he enjoys working with Greg and doing Jarry and Jarryeo. And how much fun he was having with the Nightingales. He finally got a good acting partner and all the scenes with Greg and Parry have been so brilliant. 

3) Jarry was a slow burn build up over 3 years. And they were just becoming that stable power couple, that have such an unwavering love and understanding for each other, all the good sides but also their flaws. And they could be messed up together. It’s very rare to find that in a soap ship. 

They would have become even greater than they already were but HO never gave them a chance. They knew how popular Jarry were already but they barely had any scenes together after the January 23rd reunion. 

And Poison week when Jarry finally had some scenes was during the middle/end of March so they didn’t even wait to see more of the positive reaction to Jarry after that because they told Parry in March that Harry was gonna die. 

Worst is HO make it sound like they wanted to move away from the direction of Amy’s murder and love triangles but they couldn’t really come up with anything new for Jarry or Harry so instead they had the hit/run & baby plot and revied a  dead love triangle out of nowhere just like old times and then killed Harry to further Tony’s man-pain and make James into a villain. And honestly how long can that last? A few months tops and then Harry will be forgotten.

I can come up with at least 10 interesting storylines for Harry and Jarry in 5 minutes but we are meant to believe that no one in their whole writing team could??? Bullsh’t!! They wanted to kill Harry for shock value because they don’t care about his character or Jarry at all. And I’m angry af!!!

Y’all know that post I made that they finally put up the Jarry pic in the flat? Well, it was only there for 2 eps used as a prop for James’s pain after the funeral and haven’t been seen since. A st*rry fan said some months ago that there was new st*/harry pic in Tony’s flat & I didn’t believe them bc u couldn’t tell, the quality was too bad. But I saw it today in a scene and it’s true 💀💀💀💀💀💀💀Even in death, Harry can’t be free of Ste. 

And it’s beyond clear now, there’s no other pairing Hollyoaks and BK hates more than Jarry and it really shows with the never-ending shitty treatment of them (and us fans), even continuing now, just as much, after Harry’s death. 🙃🙃🙃🙃🙃🙃🙃🙃🙃🙃🙃🙃🙃🙃
