More or less every single complaint I've seen people have about how Jason is being presented in DBD can just be answered with the fact that the rights to Jason, as I understand it, are a fragmented mess that change everytime you look at them like quantum particles, and so Jason Not-Voorhees who hails from Greenville is what they came up with to get Jason in the game without having to drown int that particular lake

Going with my version (STG Jason) for this answer, since DBD is (amazingly) using the Jasonverse Jason (although, like Chucky, this changes nothing in STG)

He'd be fucking pissed! His purpose (as he sees it) is to protect Camp Crystal Lake and avenge his mother, not run around killing stupid idiots to feed some kind of deity! He would quickly see through any attempts from the Entity pretending to be his mother, and that alone would just make him even more upset.

That isn't to say he wouldn't participate with brutal efficiency in Trials. He's angry, and that anger has to go somewhere, and killing other Killers is generally frowned upon so...

If he was given a CCL map, he'd spend all of his free time guarding it between Trials. God help any Survivor foolish enough to try and scavenge for supplies there, because he'll treat it like his real home, and them like real intruders.
