I'm beyond heartbroken that my friend, JDF, has passed. I'm honestly still in shock, not wanting to believe it myself. I was told of the horrible news yesterday and didn't want to say anything before it was made official and out of respect for the family. My heart hurts for Jenna and your family, for all your friends, all your fans. You made a massive impact and touched the lives of all of us. For those of us who are all friends and do the convention circuit, it's just not going to be the same. Not without Jason. Jason, you were an amazing and caring friend who always made time for others. You were the best with fans, right up there with Stan, in attention, and showing love for them. Thank you for making time for me. Thank you for your friendship all these years. Thank you for the hangouts and catching up, the talks, and all those little moments we all take for granted because we think there will be a next time, until there isn't. Sometimes, people have their demons that they fight; battles we are completely unaware of until it's too late. Sometimes, the ones that seem the happiest are hurting the most. May you rest now and be at peace. I will miss you, my dear friend. Please check on each other. Tell the people you care about that you love them. Each and every day. Listen to them and be there for them. Every moment counts. Hi everyone, I know it’s been a few days since the terrible news of the tragic passing of Jason David Frank, but I still wanted to post this tribute to him because this is so heartbreaking💔 and I had to talk about Jason and what he meant to me as a kid watching Power Rangers..I wish I could’ve met him..he was such a HUGE part of my childhood..I loved watching him as Tommy Oliver and kick major ass with the rest of the Rangers..Jason was my childhood hero, and my favorite ranger..he was the heart and soul of that show, and he left behind a legacy, one hell of a legacy..one filled with kindness and goodness, and where people will remember him, and talk about what he meant to them for generations to come..god this hurts, I am so devastated over this😭 but I also feel so terribly bad for Jason’s family and friends, and the other Rangers who were also his family..god I hope they can get through this ok..I am so sick and tired of these amazing good, kindhearted people dying..I mean first Kevin Conroy, now Jason David Frank, what is happening😫 I feel like pieces of my childhood are being chipped away😢Jason was a bright light in this world, and even tho he’s gone, that light shines through the many fans that he had and lives that he touched!❤️ Once a Ranger, Always a Ranger.. My post are queued until Monday but losing Jason david frank is hard on us all, ranger fans it was unexpected and a huge loss as a huge fan of Amy jo Johnson, I hope she and his other power ranger costars are doing okay and when life get hard ask for help there is no shame in that.
