I'm having a lot of conflicting thoughts right now

My first reaction after seeing Jay's new pics was 1 second of happiness because I miss him so much and then angry because he looks clearly pissed off with the papz

My second reaction was "I wont share or retweet this pic. I will respect his privacy" and tweeted about respecting his privacy

And then my brain was like "are you really respecting his privacy if you are talking about the pics anyway" and ahhhhh the mixed emotions.

And THEN I read some tweets of "fans" criticizing his appearance and saying mean things like "he looks ugly" "he looks horrible", other fans being "concerned" about him, saying that he clearly needs help (I still don't understand how they came to that conclusion from a pic of a pissed of man).

I'm really grateful that Jay never joined social media and won't read that shit. We always complain about the press and the papz being horrible and we as fans aren't any better honestly. We should do better. And if at least Jay doesn't read the shit that is written about him online, the rest of the lads have to deal with that kind of comments about their looks and bodies constantly. Gary is getting comments about gaining weight and not looking fit as before, when as fans we know that he had to deal with eating disorders and that doesn't fade away easily. Our comments could really affect his mental health. Mark, on the other hand, gets comments about his moustache and looking older.

WHATS THE OBSESSION OF THIS FANDOM WITH THE PASS OF TIME.

I get older, you get older, he gets older, she gets older, we get older and they get older! It happens to everyone! Neither you or me are inmune to the time.

And what if they look older, have wrinkles or gain weight: its THEIR bodies. We don't own them. Please dont be that shitty person who make comments about other people appearances. Don't do it with the lads or with any human being.

The fact that Take That make their musical film by focusing it on the fans' feeling and not just about their own history is what makes me believe that they are the best band in the universe and totally worth everything.
