This is very difficult to put on paper. I loved every minute I spent in Ohio. Drafted by the Jackets 8 years ago, getting the opportunity to help the team win a Calder Cup in Cleveland, giving me the opportunity to play in the NHL and start my career off in such a great city like Columbus. To the fans in Columbus, Thank you for everything. To the coaching staff, trainers, equipment managers, all those who work tirelessly behind the scene so we can play the game we love, I thank you for everything. To the Columbus Blue jackets organization, thank you for drafting me and thank you for 8 great years. To play in the NHL was my dream and you helped make that dream come true. To my brothers.
