yet another customer who can't print calls

me: ok, if you go to settings and print management in the program, do you see an orange box?

customer: no

me: it seems to be some sort of problem with your java, so

customer: WHAT? NO! AGAIN?! I JUST UPDATED A MONTH AGO!!!

#java releases new updates regurarly so you need to keep your systems updated in torder to be able to print #is my regular answer to that #I've been using it a lot lately #java troubles

I have downloaded and installed it 5 times
