So. Me. Progress report, groin is a lot better, hip flexer (right) is tight but getting there. And my back fells fine when throwing. As I’ve had time to recover and work on my standings and walking 3 steps, I am extremely happy with the progress so far, and if I can keep this going, the outcome could be amazing! I’m going to be starting to properly throw in 2 weeks or so, but going to ease into training starting next week.
