ok so i had a random fic or comic idea last night for johnlock. may or may not write it.

basically, sherlock is alone at home on christmas eve. bored. john “had” something important pop up at work (he didn’t. he lied.) and they’re texts go something like:

john, where are you? SH

something happened at work, sorry sherlock. i won’t be back in time.

but, since john wasn’t actually busy, he was out preparing a surprise for sherlock.

sherlock is bored. violin playing?

he plays for a long while, completely oblivious of the time.

at twelve, he hears a knock at the front door.

BOOM! SUPRISE! it’s jawn!…holding onto a box and with…a ribbon tied around him?

sherlock is surprised, confused. merry christmas, john says.

(there is a mistletoe above them, mrs hudson put it there)

sherlock blushes?? go with wheat floats your boat after. my brain lacks the creative juices.

i might write this. probably.
