Riddle learning how to make flower crowns so he can make one for Jaxon ?

Jaxon Crowley's Masterlist
Riddle wanted to do something nice for his dear boyfriend. There wasn't any special occasion or specific reason, he just wanted to do something because he loved him.
He got the idea from one of their recent picnic dates. Jaxon had fallen asleep while they were sitting in a field with the flowers and grass brushing against his dark hair. It was such a peaceful sight. The scary and intimidating delinquent sleeping in a field with flowers. As much as Riddle would've loved to capture this moment in a photo, he knew Jaxon would be against it. He wouldn't like the risk of anyone besides Riddle seeing it. But Riddle would certainly like to see this peaceful sight again.
He set aside time after his studying to learn how to make flower crowns. He spent extra time finding books in the library to help him and fiddling with flowers in his room. After many failed attempts and frustrating twisting of flowers, Riddle had finally made a flower crown. He quickly swiped all the broken stems and petals into the trash before trying to give himself the courage to give it to Jaxon. It was rare for his boyfriend to accept gifts in the first place and he wasn't sure how Jaxon would feel about it.
Jaxon was easy enough to find. Riddle knew his routine and where around campus he liked to go, so he knew Jaxon would be hanging around Ramshackle at this time of day. He always lingered around there because there were less people and it was a comfortable area.
"Hah?"
"I made it for you."
"Why?"
"Because I wanted to do something nice. Is it alright?"
Jaxon looked down at the flower crown hesitantly. He wasn't sure if something so...cute...should be with him. But then again, Riddle is with him. Riddle had made this for Jaxon.
"Yeah."
Without another word, Jaxon knelt down on one knee and slightly bowed his head.
"What are you doing?"
"You said you made it for me. You're not going to put it on? This way you can actually reach my head."
"...I'm going to ignore that slight comment about my height because this is a sweet moment."
As soon as Riddle set the crown on Jaxon's head, he once again stood to his full height. Riddle couldn't help but smile at the sight. Jaxon was naturally intimidating and always had an uninterested expression that kept people away, but the flower crown that was messily strung together made him look much nicer and more approachable.
He never took the crown off even as they walked back to Heartslabyul together. Other students stared and questioned in their minds, but one glance from Jaxon was enough to tell them not to say a word. If they disrespected something Riddle made for him, they knew danger would be headed their way.
I would like to thank @minimallyminnie for bringing this idea to me
"Did you hear? Some people are saying there's a vampire on campus!"
"Bro I know! One of the freshman in Pomefiore literally has bite marks on his neck! I've seen them!"
"What if the vampire breaks into our dorm next? We need to hang garlic up!"
How ridiculous, Riddle thought. There was no vampires on campus. They were just making a big deal out nothing. The Pomefiore student probably just used makeup to make it look like they were bitten by a vampire.
Riddle would not believe or give much thought to silly rumors. No reasonable person would.
...Perhaps, Riddle shouldn't have been a reasonable person this time.
He went to bed as usual that night. Riddle always went to bed at a decent hour and slept until it was time to get ready for classes. But not tonight.
Riddle woke up to a slight prick on his neck, but he couldn't do much in his sleepy haze. It took Riddle a few seconds to even blink his eyes awake and start processing things around him. Well, even when he did open his eyes he couldn't quite tell what was happening.
It was dark in the room of course, but there was...something above him? Whatever it was, it wasn't moving and just hovering below his head.
Without much thought, Riddle moved his hand to lightly touch whatever it was. It was soft...and did it just grunt? There was another prick on his neck before the shadow figure moved out from beneath his head to right above his face.
It's a person?!
In a sudden rush of panic, Riddle smacked his hand across the person's face. Who sneaks into someone's room at night and hovers over them in their sleep?!
The figure backed up a bit after the slap and reached a hand up to their cheek.
"You could've just said you were awake."
It really was a person? Riddle only just woke up but now he was on full alert and in housewarden mode.
"You were hovering over me while I was sleeping! Who even breaks into people's rooms at night?! I should have your head for this!"
They huffed and moved to sit on the side of Riddle's bed, nearly facing away from the boy. Their annoyance was clear as they ran a hand through their hair.
"Fine. Do whatever you'll want. I'll just go find someone else."
"What? You're saying you're going to hover over someone else while they're sleeping? Do you just watch them sleep or something?"
"Of course not. That would be weird."
"Then what even are you doing? As housewarden, I demand to know the meaning of this suspicious behavior!"
"You seriously haven't noticed?"
"What are you talking about?"
"...Your neck."
Riddle reached up and placed a hand on his neck and felt...liquid. What? He reached his hand back and tried to focus his eyes on it. His eyes had only started to adjust to the dark, but he could see it was a dark liquid. He quickly picked up his magical pen and casted a light spell to take a loot at it and the person in his room. As soon as he sw it was blood, he panicked.
"What did you do to me?!"
"Relax. You're fine."
Now that he had a light, he could see the tall man sitting on his bed. Jaxon Crowley; the son of the headmage. No wonder it was so hard to see him. Jaxon is almost always dressed in dark simple clothing and he has dark blue hair. The brightest thing about his appearance is his bright yellow eyes.
"I was going to drink it but then you woke up. Since I wasn't able too, it's freely bleeding now."
"What? What are you talking about?"
"Your blood."
"You were trying to drink my blood? I see. This is some sort of prank set up by Ace to feed into those vampire rumors."
"Hah?"
"Ace must be waiting outside right? He didn't seriously think I would believe in this, did he?"
Jaxon's irritation only seemed to grow at that statement, and he quickly leaned in until he was right in front of Riddle's face.
"Do I look like a human to you?"
After saying that, he bared his teeth at Riddle and showed off two long sharp fangs in his mouth.
"Those teeth could be fake."
"I could prove they're real if you just let me have a drink. You interrupted me while I was trying to."
"You were hovering over me while I sleep! I think anyone would be alarmed if they woke up to that!"
"Most people sleep through it. It doesn't hurt them and I get food. Seems okay to me."
"You can't just break into someone's room and drink their blood without their permission!"
"Fine, can I drink yours?"
"No way!"
"Then I'll go to someone else's room."
"You can't do that!"
"Why? I have to eat somehow."
Riddle was torn. Does he let this vampire go drink the blood of someone else in the dorm without them knowing? Or does he let Jaxon drink his blood?
...
It didn't sit right with him to let someone else unknowingly having their blood taken from them.
"Drink mine."
"You sure about that?"
"It's much better if you drink the blood of someone who is awake and aware it's happening rather than an unconscious student."
"Fair enough."
Jaxon grinned, showing off those large fangs as he moved even closer to Riddle. As he moved, Riddle couldn't help but feel slightly nervous about someone drinking his blood. He said it didn't really hurt, but those people were sleeping. Would it hurt if he was awake?
By now Jaxon was hovering over Riddle with his face against his neck. He had placed a hand on Riddle's shoulder like he would be holding him still in a few seconds. Jaxon let out a deep chuckle before sinking his teeth in.
Riddle let out a sharp breath as he felt the fangs pierce his skin, but it actually didn't hurt much after that. It was hard not to squirm at the weird feeling of his blood being drank, but Jaxon held him in place.
It was a very strange minute of Riddle's life as he tried not too move. But once Jaxon was done he pulled away from Riddle and licked his fangs. Riddle felt lightheaded, but fought through it. Jaxon just chuckled again at the sight of Riddle trying to fight through the feeling.
"There. You're no longer bleeding. And your blood actually tastes pretty good."
Riddle had no idea what to say. He was...flustered?? Why was he flustered about this attractive vampire saying his blood tasted good?? Wait...attractive?? The lack of blood must be getting to him.
Jaxon stood up and walked towards the door. Just before leaving, he turned back to Riddle and gave him another grin that showed off his fangs.
The two of them often sleep in Riddle's room because Jaxon doesn't quite feel at home in Savanaclaw, and it makes it easier for Riddle to be a housewarden for heartslabyul.
The first time they try to fall asleep in the same bed is...very strange at first. Riddle is incredibly nervous, and Jaxon knew this, so he kept a bit of distance between them in the night. Riddle just gets flustered when Jaxon moves and accidentally touches his arm or something.
But once the two of them got more used to it and get more comfortable, things are better!
Riddle has a set bedtime and time he wakes up in the morning, and Jaxon tries his best to adjust to that. That means, when Riddle goes to bed, so does Jaxon. This actually helps Jaxon get onto a better sleep schedule and he gets more rest.
Jaxon actually sleeps better with Riddle. He has something to hold onto at night and Riddle's bed is a lot more comfortable than his own. That, and he feels...safer and not alone when he's with Riddle. It puts his mind at ease just seeing Riddle, so he doesn't spend all night awake thinking about all his mistakes and insecurities.
That being said, he still doesn't get perfect sleep. There are many times he wakes up in the middle of the night for what seems like no reason. It's during those times that Jaxon will look at Riddle with such a soft expression and even a smile on his face, and he's very grateful for having Riddle in his life. He usually places a small kiss on the top of Riddle's head before going back to sleep.
While Jaxon may not seem like it, he really likes physical affection. Most people are scared to even get close to him, so he values all types of physical affection, and he's not afraid to show it to the person he loves. So he absolutely loves to cuddle with Riddle at night!
Most of the time, he kinda just throws an arm and leg around Riddle while he sleeps next to him. But on other nights, he actually likes to pull Riddle close to him. We all know Jaxon is much taller than Riddle, so when he pulls Riddle closer to him, he kinda pulls Riddle into his chest while he rests his head atop Riddle's. Of course, even then he has his arms and a leg wrapped around Riddle.
Riddle does have some adjusting to do because Jaxon actually snores quite a bit. He's not too loud, but he's not quiet either. So Riddle has to get used to sleeping through snores. It actually doesn't take that long for him to adjust to it.
Jaxon also has to adjust slightly to Riddles snores, but Riddle snores much softer than Jaxon does. His snores are much quieter and lighter, but Jaxon is a light sleeper. After a little bit though, Jaxon gets used to it and can fall asleep easier.
The two of them actually have a sort of night time routine that they do together. They both brush their teeth and wash up as they chat about their days or things going on. These moments are especially soft between them and often filled with light jokes, smiles, teasing, and kisses. Jaxon is much softer when it's just the two of them and has no problem doing any of this with Riddle. He actually loves it so much and treasures all of it.
Now, Jaxon won't do this until Riddle is comfortable with it of course, and he's willing to wait as long as that takes, but Jaxon actually prefers to sleep shirtless. His shirts sometimes bug him when he's shifting around, and it just feels nicer to him to sleep without it. But until Riddle is comfortable with it, he sleeps with his shirt on. Trust me, the first time he sleeps without it, Riddle is very flustered but Jaxon enjoys it much more. Riddle sleeps in very soft pajamas, and Jaxon thinks that too feels much nicer to him. It makes Riddle softer to hold.
Riddle is often the one to fall asleep first. Jaxon's sleep problems make it difficult for him to fall asleep, and can sometimes take him an hour or two to finally pass out.
In very very very rare moments when Jaxon is feeling extra soft and Riddle is already asleep, he kinda pets Riddle's hair and lightly hums a song. It's very soothing to him (and Riddle if he's actually awake). The song he hums is usually a slower one that he loves, or the song his mother used to hum to him as a child.
Ever since the two of them have started sharing a bed, the rest of Heartslabyul has been more hesitant to bother Riddle at night. Mostly because they don't want to knock on the door and come face to face with the very tall and intimidating student, especially if they have to trouble Riddle with something. There have been times this happened and Jaxon promptly tells them to deal with it on their own or offers a quick solution so Riddle doesn't have to deal with it.
I wanna see what Jaxon would say to Riddle’s mom, does he insult her on sight or quietly pulls Riddle away from her?
Fuyuki would pretend for Riddle’s sake but if she ends up trying to alienate Riddle AGAIN
okay I have THOUGHTS for this
So I imagine the first time they meet is during some school event where the parents are allowed to visit the school. Jaxon, while he understands Riddle's wishes to keep him away from his mother, he doesn't want to be something hidden (and he also doesn't want to be away and avoiding Riddle the whole day). So against Riddle's wishes, he stops by Heartslabyul while his mother is there.
Jaxon has heard how his mother is, so he tries to be really polite and a respectable guy.
"You must be Mrs. Rosehearts. It's a pleasure to meet you. My name is Jaxon Crowley."
From the second she saw him, she was judging him. Jaxon didn't have the most...neat of appearances. His hair was messy and he was just wearing his normal plain clothes.
"Mother, Jaxon is...a good friend of mine. He's the son of the headmage, and quite good with his magic."
A good friend...what a liar. Last time Jaxon checked, friends don't sleep in the same bed every night, kiss each other, and say I love you during it all.
"The headmage's son...I see. It's a pleasure to meet you too Jaxon."
Like mother, like son, both lying. She didn't like Jaxon very much, he could tell by the way she looked at him. But he sure wasn't going to say anything because if he did, Riddle would be in trouble.
He did leave them alone for the most part. As soon as he left the room they were in, he could hear Riddle's mom talking to Riddle about him. No good things he's sure.
But Jaxon knows how stressed Riddle is with just having her here. So, he may use his title as son of the headmage to his advantage.
"Excuse me Mrs. Rosehearts, but I need to borrow Riddle for a minute. There was an incident involving some Heartslabyul students that he needs to help with as housewarden."
And with that, he was able to pull Riddle away and into a random Heartslabyul room.
"You doing okay?"
"Better now."
Riddle sighed, and leaned in and hugged Jaxon. The taller boy wrapped his arms around Riddle tightly, and gently rested his head atop the others.
Jaxon gently placed a kiss atop Riddle's head.
"It's gonna be okay. There's only a couple hours left, and then she'll be gone."
"A couple hours...that's a pretty long time."
"I believe in you. Once it's over, it'll be just us again. You can get through this."
Jaxon pulled back from the hug, and cupped Riddle's cheek in his hand.
"Hey...if you want, I can use my power as headmage's son to tell her to get lost."
"No, no. That would only make her upset at the school and Crowley. It's better to just deal with it for a little while longer."
"If you say so."
With that, he leaned in and kissed Riddle gently.
"You can do this, okay? I love you."
"I love you too."
For the first time in a while, Riddle felt more confident that he could handle being around his mother.
If Jaxon and Riddle got into an argument while dating, what do you think both of them would do?
It depends a bit on the argument and what it's about because both of them can be rather stubborn...it also depends on how bad the fight is
If it was a pretty bad fight, Jaxon may avoid Riddle for a little while. Especially if Riddle said some harsh words during the fight. During bad fights, it can take Jaxon quite a while to apologize. Him and Riddle both stay away from each other and don't even talk unless required to. Eventually though, Riddle has to find him and try to work things out.
If it's not a super bad fight, Jaxon usually just admits he's wrong so they can stop arguing. He gets better at admitting he's wrong (and just assumes it most of the time) and he's working on getting better at apologizing. He tries as much as he can to try and fix whatever problem there is, often without consulting Riddle. On the other hand, Riddle wants to work on things together, and believes his way is always the right way.
But the two of them do this thing where they'll avoid each other, but ask others how the other is doing. For example, Jaxon will stop Ace and terrorize ask him how Riddle is doing. Riddle will bother Leona to make sure Jaxon is taking care of himself and doing his schoolwork.
