I have come to the conclusion that Jay Halstead with a sniper rifle is a work of art

I will be making a note with episodes and time stamps of scenes for future reference. Problem is I’m already a good amount of seasons in and can’t my memory is crap. We’ll see how complete this list actually gets but a valid effort will be made starting now
