OKAY since i haven't seen anyone else mention it. i'd like to talk about julie's house, and what it could mean about the neighborhood map.
this is julie's house on the map, and the area surrounding it in this update
this is her house as shown on the our-home page (the second one i messed w to brighten a bit)
there are a couple differences here. small things, but i don't think they should be disregarded.
the hedges are much less cartoonish, and no longer have a white border
her flower garden is way bigger. two small patches to a field's worth. there's also a straight path through to (presumably) the forest
she has a mail box that's non-existent on the map
there's an extra heart shaped tree/bush on the left side
the door wreath/decoration is different
this could be the perspective, but it seems her roof is slanted down instead of up
now. the point in bringing all this up.
Real-life cartographers will omit and change details when map making all the time. it can be for comprehension, preventing plagiarism, propaganda/misinformation, or just plain unavoidable distortion that happens when a 3D place is put into 2D (hmmm...)
if you haven't caught on by now, i think its a distinct possibility that the map we see of Home is a distorted and idealized version of the "reality" the cast is living in. it makes sense; ideals vs realities is a major theme of the project.
but it does make you wonder, doesn't it? is the map we have really accurate? is the person(s) who made the map, presumably the whrp team, aware of the changes made? what would be the point of changing such small things? what else aren't we being shown? and Why ??

Finished up a sketch from a few years ago! I've been trying to use older drawings to motivate myself to draw again, it seems like it's helping:)

I was playing around with putting ice cubes up my pussy (as one does) and my last ice cube was just melting out of me and it was so fucking painful and good but then I realised I needed to pee.
And I was already lying in a puddle of water from the ice
And I couldn't go to the bathroom because the ice that I had left wasn't done melting
So I had to lie there panting and desperately trying not to piss as the cold water leaked out of me
And knowing it was entirely my fault that I was in this situation
I did manage to get to the bathroom, but I went back to bed and lay in my ice water puddle because oml it feels so fucking degrading in the best way
