someone pointed out to me that he's actually a pretty good actor outside of comedy too! like in perks of being a wallflower! so idk, it could also be that they're framing ant-man as comedic ?? there's really no way to make a hero named ANT-man v serious

oh yeah! i mean i was thinking that too, i remember in clueless he wasn't supposed to be super comedic and he still did a really good job, but the article clearly said he'd be good as a "comedic character" so

i mean i'm hoping that it's hank's awkwardness they're going to be making comedy? like awkwardly charming scientist.

and yeah see if you had a good enough writer you could. superman is an alien from space who looks just like a human but they can make that work over and over again. and they made cowboys vs aliens a serious movie i think that if they actually tried they could make ant-man a serious movie - and not even like a SERIOUS movie, but something similar to iron man where you have serious elements coupled with humor

so i'm hoping that's how it works out bbbbut my expectations are also pretty low at this point

im doing college au because i tried to do canon and it made me rly sad

what was their first kiss like

they were in elementary school and bertholdt said he was really nervous about middle school and what if they stop being friends because reiner was already getting more popular and reiner, wordsmith that he is, just leaned over and kissed him, because that was the best way he knew to let bert know that no matter what, it was always gonna be them or nothing, and bertholdt held onto that kiss for ten years literally until it happened again

where were they their first time having sex

in their room, where everyone thought they had been boning the entire time, and afterwards they were like why haven't we been doing this all along what is wrong with us we are dunces (yes u are boys yes u are)

who’s louder

connie can tell you all about this because he's the one pressing his ear to the door until annie drags him away but they're actually not that loud until bertholdt makes an embarrassing loud noise and the only thing louder than that is reiner's hyena laughter but its all very fond 

who wakes up first

they're in college so mornings are practically things of myth to them but bertholdt has more morning classes so probably him

who performs/receives oral more often

reiner does it more because he's kind of impulsive and very doting and its like once he gets his hands on bertholdt once he just wants to do it over and over and over again and reiner expresses himself physically, so.  that said, bertholdt is really good at giving head and manages to surprise reiner with it a couple of times and those are good, good times

who tries new things more often

ofc reiner, its almost always a bad idea in retrospect, we do not speak of the Ranch Dressing Incident

if they had to choose a third+ person to include who would they include

they probably beg annie for months, or more accurately, reiner does, she finally agrees to do it just one time, and they end up learning a lot which leaves everyone wondering what exactly annie has been getting up to in her spare time but she is bamf and won't ever tell not that it matters because they're too awed and terrified to ask
