back in traverse city at last! good news: it's still gorgeous up here.

this doubles as my 1 month on T post! details under the cut (nothing graphic, don't worry lmao)

technically, I started on june 1st, but i missed a couple doses while trying to arrange a prescription for the cream instead of injections, so i figure that reset the clock.

considering i'm on the lowest possible dose, i'm kinda shocked how many changes i've already got. i've always had a bit of a happy trail and a mustache, but both are coming in thicker. there's hair almost up to my chest now! fine, baby hairs, but still! i have better access to my existing lower vocal range, a bit more difficulty reaching my higher range, and my voice has cracked a couple times, so that's exciting! i think i'm building muscle easier and getting more definition, but i've also been working out three times a week so that could be unrelated. definitely increased resistance to cold.

annoying things: skin is bad. not that it was good to begin with lmao. and not that i've done anything to prevent it. i know approx. fuck shit about skin care and i'm happy that way tbh. more sweating, but that's more meh than annoying i guess. the main thing is MY FUCKING APPETITE. i'm always hungry now!! RAVENOUS. protein bars are now my best friend.

So um little life update, I guess..... Coming out was a huge task for me to overcome. Not because of lack of support, but because of my mental health. Suffering from anxiety has been stopping me for being myself for so long, it's like a breath of fresh air being able to tell everyone how I really feel. Today I'm stepping out of my comfort zone by going sleeveless since I started growing out my armpit hair. (Gross I know but it makes me feel more comfortable) I couldn't ask for more support from everyone, especially from my family and from my beautiful girlfriend. Thank you everyone for making this big step as easy as possible for me.
