These are ALL up to individual interpretation! Under each week we will have a list of (optional) prompts that will include:
2 general prompts
2 smut/kinky prompts
1 quote inspiration/prompt
1 Jason Todd and/or John Constantine Specific Prompt
These are the prompts you guys are voting on the form, bar the JayJohn Specific Prompt because I already have them.
Like I said: these will be OPTIONAL. As long as you hit the Weekly Theme, everything else is just for inspiration. This was my way of finding balance between having too many prompts and not having enough prompts. 😂

Do I need to be on the Discord Server to participate in the event?
No. We would of course welcome everyone (who is 18+, we are an adult space), but if you create anything for the event you can just @ us or use the #SpookyMonthShenanigans2025 or #JJSpookyMonth2025, and we will keep an eye on the tags and reblog stuff!! Or you can add works to our collection on AO3.
I want to enter the Discord server, how do I do it?
First of all, like I said before, we are an adult space, so as long as you're over 18... Hit us up with a message or ask and we will pass you an invite link!
Is the event all about shipping? Can I do something platonic instead?
The event is about Jason and John interacting, it can be romantic, platonic, or familial. Whatever you want to do, as long as it is about them both.
Can I write them with other characters? Polyam? Threesome? Anything in between, etc?
Yes. Like I said. It doesn't need to be exclusively JayJohn shippy fics. BUT. Please respect that the event is about them so use your judgment to decide if there are enough Jason & John interactions on the work to count. But yeah, they can be in a polyam situation, one-off threesomes. Even be familial with each other and have a partner, as long as the focus of the work is mostly the Jason & John relationship.
