Hey, Mr. Gilmour, I wanted to yell out “THANK YOU” one more time.
History was written on July 14th, 2016, when I had the once in a lifetime opportunity to attend the David Gilmour concert at the Jazz Open festival in Stuttgart and listened to some of my forever favorite songs LIVE. I got the chills at “Wish You Were Here”, teared up at “High Hopes” and cried like a baby when he made my dream come true by playing “Comfortably Numb” as the final song. His immaculate guitar solo still echoes in my ears, and in my head I still see him playing the guitar(s). An invincible man was standing in front of me that night. Hey Mr. Gilmour, do you remember those anxities about time, getting older, weaker, and becoming stagnant in life? Do you think this is something we can't escape from? Do you believe that, despite the inevitable changes that will happen sooner or later, the fire deep inside of us will shine on and burn as vividly as ever? Are you aware of the fact that you (and your other band mates) have achieved that? Are you aware of the fact that, with your music, you have managed to control time? I wonder ... I’m so grateful, I could immediately start crying again. This was probably the closest I’ll ever get to a Pink Floyd concert and it will hold a special place in my heart, forever and ever. I’m one lucky girl.
"Looks like things 're abou' tah get a lil louder."
Oh guys, i just can't handle it! Yesterday i was on a concert from the legendary JAMIE CULLUM! Do you know how awesome he is? He sang to me in the concert. He looked at me and sang just for me. I forgot all the other people around me. And after this, we went to the 'meet and greet' and i touched his hand. My life is perfect but now it's over and i want to have this great person here in my bed and i want to cuddle with him.

I've been trying to write my L.A. song for a few weeks now. Hearing this may give me the drive I need to finish it. We shall see.
